Originally from Modesto, CA Greg has called Vacaville home since 1970. He became licensed in Real Estate in 1984 and has served Solano County as a local Real Estate Broker since 1988. Greg’s passion for the industry inspired him to form Alamo Creek Properties, Inc. in 1996. Greg specializes in residential sales, property management, income and investment properties, country estates, and assisting both sellers and buyers alike. Meet Tina, Our Office Manager. Tina has been a licensed Realtor, specializing in Property Management since 2020 and has worked directly with Alamo Creek Properties since 2018. She has resided in Vacaville since 2005 with her husband and 2 children.

Outside of the office, she has a passion for fitness and is an avid CrossFit enthusiast. She even helped open a local CrossFit gym, where she enjoys being part of a community that values hard work, perseverance, and supporting one another. The same dedication and teamwork she brings to the gym are reflected in her approach to managing our office every day.

Whether she's solving problems, keeping things organized, or tackling a challenging workout, she's always ready to give her best. We're grateful to have her as part of our team!

Tracy Brooks, Inspections Coordinator

Meet Tracy Brooks, our Inspections Coordinator! Tracy has been with Alamo Creek Properties since 2021. Tracy is responsible for scheduling and overseeing our annual property inspections, helping ensure each home is well maintained and remains in compliance with California and local housing requirements.

In addition to coordinating inspections, she manages any maintenance that results from inspection findings, working closely with owners, tenants, and vendors to make sure repairs are completed promptly and efficiently. Her attention to detail, organization, and proactive approach help protect our clients' investments while keeping properties safe and well cared for.

Tracy takes pride in providing thorough, reliable service and is committed to making the inspection and maintenance process as smooth as possible for everyone involved. We're grateful to have her dedication and expertise as part of our team!

Cassandra has been a licensed REALTOR® since 1980. She and her husband, Bob, and their 3 sons moved to Vacaville in 1985. She was Principal Broker for Investment Brokers Real Estate until the merger with Alamo Creek Properties, Inc. and becoming Broker Associate and Manager of Sales. She is President of the Board of Directors for Vacaville Community Housing and sits on the Professional Standards Committee for the Northern Solano Association of REALTORS®. Kathy has lived in Vacaville since 1985 and has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 1999 at which time she went right to work at Investment Brokers Real Estate, which is now Alamo Creek Properties, Inc. Kathy has a passion for homes and also is an interior designer, owning her own interior design business since 1987. By being a REALTOR® and a designer her clients are given extra insight into how they might design their new home, search for the perfect home or stage their existing home to sell. Pam was born in Great Falls, MT and graduated from Montana State University in 1974. She was a Teacher in Alberta, Canada prior to her marriage in 1976 at which time she moved to Vacaville, CA with her husband, who has been a Civil Servant at Travis AFB for the past 42 years.
