Originally from Modesto, CA Greg has called Vacaville home since 1970. He became licensed in Real Estate in 1984 and has served Solano County as a local Real Estate Broker since 1988. Greg’s passion for the industry inspired him to form Alamo Creek Properties, Inc. in 1996. Greg specializes in residential sales, property management, income and investment properties, country estates, and assisting both sellers and buyers alike. Tina Flores, Property Manager | DRE License # 2101404
Tina has been a licensed Realtor specializing in Property Management since 2020 and has worked directly with Alamo Creek Properties since 2018. She has resided in Vacaville since 2005 with her husband and two children.
As our sole Property Manager, Tina oversees the day-to-day management of our entire portfolio of properties. From working with tenants and owners to handling inspections, leasing, vendor coordination, and the many details that keep a property running smoothly, she is involved in every aspect of our property management operations. In addition to property management, Tina also assists with real estate sales, helping clients navigate the buying and selling process.
Her ability to stay organized, solve problems, and keep everything moving makes her an invaluable part of Alamo Creek Properties. No two days are the same, and Tina enjoys the variety and relationships that come with working in property management. She takes pride in providing excellent service to our owners and residents and making sure their properties are well cared for.
Outside of the office, Tina has a passion for fitness and is an avid CrossFit enthusiast. She even helped open a local CrossFit gym, where she enjoys being part of a community that values hard work, perseverance, and supporting one another. The same dedication, energy, and teamwork she brings to the gym are reflected in her approach to managing our office every day.
Whether she's solving a property management challenge, keeping the office organized, helping a client with a real estate transaction, or tackling a challenging workout, Tina is always ready to give her best. We're grateful to have her as an important part of the Alamo Creek Properties team!

Meet Jessica Davis
Jessica Davis is a Vacaville, California resident who has called the community home for 27 years. With 11 years of experience in property management, Jessica brings a wealth of knowledge, organization, and a genuine passion for helping people. She began her career in HOA property management before making the move into residential property management, where she has spent the last five years.
Jessica joined Alamo Creek Properties in 2022 and has become an integral part of the team. As the office’s full-time coordinator, she wears many hats—overseeing maintenance and rent-related responsibilities, coordinating vendors and tenants, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, and helping make sure both owners and residents receive the support they need.
What Jessica enjoys most about property management is the people. She loves being able to help families find a place they can call home and knowing that the work she does can make a real difference in someone’s life.
Outside of work, Jessica is all about family. She has been married since 2011 and is a proud mom of three. When she’s not at the office, you’ll most likely find her and her family outdoors—camping, fishing, or cheering from the sidelines at one of her kids’ many sporting events. With an active family and a busy sports schedule, there’s rarely a dull moment!
Jessica has recently taken on the position of Inspections Coordinator and is excited for this new role!
Jessica brings her friendly personality, strong work ethic, and love for the community to everything she does, making her a valuable part of the Alamo Creek Properties team.
